Bicycle Storage Area Agreement
This agreement, made on this day, between 2600 Association, Inc., hereafter referred to as the "Association", and Authorizer residing at 2600 Kennedy Boulevard, Jersey City, NJ 07306, hereafter referred to as the "Resident", commences on "Start Date" and terminates on "End Date" and is subject to renewal after the termination date.
Witnesseth, that the Association has agreed to let the Resident store his / her bicycle in the storage area of the premises described as the Bicycle Storage Area pursuant to the terms established by the Association for the use of the Bicycle Storage Area. Said Bicycle Storage Area shall be solely for the use of the residents of 2600 Kennedy Boulevard. It is understood that should the Resident move out of 2600 Kennedy Boulevard this Agreement shall terminate automatically.
1. The Association or Association's agents shall not be responsible for any damage to Resident's bicycle stored in the Bicycle Storage Area nor any loss by fire, theft or other hazard.
It is understood and agreed that Resident shall keep and maintain insurance on his/her bicycle being stored in the Bicycle Storage Area and that the Association shall not be responsible to maintain insurance on the Bicycle Storage Area.
It is further understood and agreed that Resident stores his/her bicycle at his/her own risk should Resident choose not to keep and maintain insurance.
Resident agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Association and/or its agents from any loss, damage, or expense caused by Resident’s use of the Bicycle Storage Area.
In case of damage to the Bicycle Storage Area by fire, the Association shall have the option as to whether it will cause the damage to be repaired, but if the storage area be destroyed or so damaged that the Association shall decide it inadvisable to repair, the Agreement shall cease and terminate.
